MLBC Congratulate Horhn & Paden on New Journey in Local Leadership

The Mississippi Legislative Black Caucus is proud to congratulate our esteemed members Representative Orlando Paden and Senator John Horhn who both recently stepped into their new roles as Mayor of Clarksdale and Jackson, respectively.
